“Coastal Systems” are normally, by their very nature, customised packages. However, the Aanderaa Instruments modular approach to system configuration enables the construction of multi-parameter Met-Ocean style systems with minimal development effort.
Typically these can combine traditional meteorological and oceanographic (physical, biological and chemical) parameters and will range in complexity from simple Tide + Wind packages through to Currents/Waves/Tide/Salinity (Ocean) + Wind/Visibility/Pressure (Met) etc systems with measurements at multi locations and telemetry to base plus mobile/slave stations.
