Technical Services
We provide extensive technical service facilities for all our product lines and can provide personnel in support of site installations, commissioning, product training and trouble shooting requirements.
Our clients are involved in Ocean Research, Coastal Erosion, Civil Engineering, Academia, Dredging, Offshore Oil & Gas Support, Port Operations, Environmental Surveys, Impact Assessments, Pollution Monitoring, Water Production and Management, Fish Farming, Weather Forecasting, etc.

Roger has 30 years experience in the oceanographic instrumentation supply business and is responsible for business development, client communications and corporate policy. |
Sandie has 20 years experience within the oceanographic industry and supervises the commercial administration of sales contracts. She also maintains communication links with the company's principals to ensure availability of latest product information. |

David handles sales activities and spends most of his time visiting and speaking with clients. He obtained his masters degree in oceanography at Southampton University (SOC) and has worked in the oceanographic survey industry for the past four years prior to joining RS Aqua in November 2004.

Tony provides pre and post contract engineering support for all products in the RS Aqua range. He has special customer liaison responsibilities for WaveRadar REX. |

Mandy looks after the finances to ensure that the company operates on a financially efficient basis.
